Day 1 - Pick-up and visiting of Dario Pegoretti factory
Guest pick-up at Verona airport between 14.00 and 15.00 o’clock on Thursday*. Transfer on board our 100% electric fleet to the Dario Pegoretti bicycle factory, guardian of the steel looms tradition. Arrival at the historic residence Corte Mainolda in the evening where you’ll have dinner with a tasting menu with the products deriving from the relative agritourism activity.

*Alternatively and on demand, the pick-up service can be offered at the Reggio Emilia High Speed rail station for guests coming from Milan or Florence. A surcharge may be applied.
Day 2 - Old Village along Mincio river and cooking experience
After a good breakfast at the hotel, a short transfer to Mantova will bring you to the beginning of the bike itinerary along the Mincio river and the ancient villages that will keep you busy for most of the day: Bosco Fontana, the Sigurtà park, Borghetto and Marmirolo. An itinerary of about 80 km mostly flat and some steps of white roads. You will taste a light lunch at one of the tasty trattorias located along the route. Back to the hotel, you will enjoy a sport massage for a well-deserved relaxation: you’re ready for a culinary experience that will see you as protagonist now. The chef and the property will make you able to discover and select local raw materials basis of traditional dishes, you’ll cook some of them directly and supervisored by the chef to bring home an unusual souvenir of Made in Italy: it will certainly be a special dinner for you.

Day 3 - Lake Garda’ hills and e the amazing city of Mantova
The right breakfast before transfer to Peschiera del Garda, from where the bike tour will start leading you to the uplands of the Verona’ side Lake Garda through a sequence of short ascents and descents between Bardolino, Garda and Lazise: here, you will have light lunch overlooking the promontory of the amazing Sirmione. Later, our guides will drive you to the hotel for a shower before, to the magnificent city of Mantova which you will discover on board the iconic Metropolitan Bike. Mantova is really a wonderful city, which also hosted Maestro Leonardo da Vinci for a long time in the past, generally far from the classic tourist itineraries but rich of history, art and monuments. The day will end at 3-star Michelin restaurant “Dal Pescatore” for a food&drink experience top of the world.

Day 4 - Sailing the river
After the breakfast, you will be transferred to one of the many boats that sails the Mincio river from which you will have a unique perspective of Mantova. Besides, you will have light lunch on the same boat before going to the Verona airport where you will arrive at around 14.30 – 15.30.
